リラックスしてお茶を楽しみ、本を読むなどして過ごす場所がカフェだと思う。
そうであれば、ベランダで本を読みながら珈琲を楽しむのもカフェ。
カフェというお店でなくともカフェになるのだ。

鎌倉の枝村園は、日本茶のお店。その軒先で、茶と和菓子を出す。これもカフェ。
銭函のkuraノsuは、言ってしまえば個人の庭。これもカフェ。

そして、そういうカフェほど、カフェ然としていなくて、なんだかとてもいい気持ちになったりするものです。
ということで、今回は、北大内にあるセイコーマート北海道大学店をご紹介。

要するにコンビニのイートインスペースなのですが、2Fのテラスがとても気持ちがよい。
ゴールデンウィークの頃は木の枝もまだ寂しい様子だったけども、その後一気に若葉が生い茂り、一月後には北大フォレストともいうべき森になっていた。
夏の北大は本当に緑が鮮やかで美しい。
メインストリートの爽やかな緑のトンネル。
建物の幾何学性に呼応するように建ち並ぶ農学部前の木々。
どこか甘美な予感と儚さを感じさせる夏の明け方の中央ローン。
どれもこれも京都の「青もみじ」にも引けを取らない素晴らしい緑です。

セイコーマート北海道大学店はメインストリート沿いにあります。
学生や観光客、学校関係者、一般の方などたくさんの人たちが行き交います。

テラスに上がる前に。
1Fのセイコーマートで、きのとやの札幌農学校クッキー（3枚入り）と札幌珈琲館の珈琲を購入。
また次の機会には、北大どら焼きと札幌珈琲館の珈琲。
いずれもワンコインで収まる。
テラスでは雲に霞む日没を眺めたり、夏の緑を楽しんだり。
傍らではスズメも楽し気に振舞っている。警戒心の強い小鳥なのに。ここはスズメにとっても平和な場所なのだろう。
こういうカフェの楽しみもありますよ。

In short, it is an eat-in space in a convenience store, but the terrace on the 2nd floor is very comfortable.
Around Golden Week, the branches of the trees were still looking lonely, but after that, young leaves suddenly grew thick, and after a month, it had become a forest that could be called the Hokkaido University Forest.
Hokkaido University in summer is really green and beautiful.
A refreshing green tunnel on the main street.
The trees in front of the Faculty of Agriculture line up to match the geometry of the building.
Central lawn at dawn in summer that makes you feel somewhat sweet and ephemeral.
All of them are wonderful greens that are comparable to Kyoto’s “Ao Momiji”.

The Seicomart Hokkaido University store is located along the main street.
Many people come and go, including students, tourists, school officials, and the general public.

At Seicomart on the 1st floor, I bought Kinotoya’s Sapporo Agricultural College cookies (3 pieces) and coffee from Sapporo Coffee Shop.
Also, at the next opportunity, Hokkaido University dorayaki and coffee from Sapporo Coffee Shop.
Both can be paid with one coin.
On the terrace, you can watch the sunset in the clouds and enjoy the greenery of summer.
The sparrows are happily beside me. It’s a cautious little bird. This must be a peaceful place for sparrows.
