#583 no mark Cafe (Tokyo)

2021年8月にオープンした古民家カフェ。
オーナーは別にいて、広告代理店をやっているそうです。
アンテナショップ的にカフェを始めたそうで、カフェをやるならコーヒーの専門性がないと・・・ということになり、マスターに声がかかり、ここで珈琲を淹れているのだ、とのこと。

元々コーヒー関連の仕事されていた方で、ご自身でも「コーヒーバカ」とおっしゃるほど珈琲が好きなんだそう。
好きこそものの上手なれ。そういうことですね。

この日いただいたのは、プラジル#2。あっさり香ばしい。
プラジル好きだなぁ。

ちなみにno mark cafeさんでは、「清澄BLUE」という透き通るブルーのゼリーや、「NO MARK BLACK」というコーヒーゼリーが推しメニューのようです。
いただきませんでしたが。。。

路地裏にひっそりと在る、隠れ家的カフェですね。

I like what although Nare good. I see.

What I received that day was Brazil #2. Lightly fragrant.
I love prazil.

By the way, at no mark cafe, the clear blue jelly called “Kiyosumi BLUE” and the coffee jelly called “NO MARK BLACK” seem to be recommended menus.
I didn’t get it. . .

It’s a hidden cafe hidden in a back alley.
