深川不動尊の参道立地のMONZ CAFE。
昔は甘酒屋さんだったとのこと。

よく晴れた小春日和のお昼時。
ランチに訪れました。

開放的な店構え。
行ったことはないのでイメージですがｗフランスやイタリアの「カフェ」な雰囲気を感じます。
でも、参道立地がそう思わせるのか、表のベンチはどこか下町の腰掛けのイメージで、夏には夕涼みする人もいそうな気がします。

webサイトでは
「外のベンチは参道の休憩所としても考えています。内装の意匠も門前町の雰囲気を壊さないよう日本の材料、杉材、大谷石などをアクセントとし、本物の仕上げ材料で内装を構成しています。」
と紹介されています。

参道と茶屋。
甘酒屋さんからオシャレなカフェに表現は変わっても似つかわしいものですね。
