純喫茶だけど洋菓子いっぱい。
洋菓子屋さんがやっている昭和レトロな喫茶店。
元々は、創業者の父親が第一次大戦後に日本にやってきたドイツ兵捕虜から洋菓子作りを学び、ドイツ式カフェーをやっていたのが背景。
影響を受けた創業者が、まずは洋菓子屋としてお店を始める。
その後1956年、洋菓子と喫茶を合体させたお店を始めて今に至るという歴史。
看板がいいですね。ドイツ兵捕虜とのエピソードはありますが、看板はフランスっぽくてｗ
店内は完全に昭和レトロ。とってもステキ。
平日の16時頃伺ったけども店内はお客さんでいっぱい。
創業70年を超えて、もう街の機能の一部になっている喫茶店だと思えた。
創業当時から「いいものをお値打ちで」という思いを込めてやっていらっしゃる。
店内のケーキは300円代で種類も豊富。
ババロアにフルーツを鮮やかにトッピングした「ハワイアン」をいただいたが、完全に美味しい。
「ふつうのおいしさ」というか、よそ行きのではなく、普段使いのとっても美味しいケーキ。
あんまりおいしいもんだから、創業期からの定番で一番人気「マロン」も追加注文。
一応、クリームの上にちょこんマロンが乗っかっているけども、基本的にスポンジとクリームのみのシンプルな味わい。
スポンジもクリームも軽いんです。少しパリっとした粉糖が触感のアクセントを作ってくれています。
伺った時はケーキ2個でガマンしましたが、プリンも食べとけばよかった。。。
最高の昭和レトロ喫茶だと思います。

Showa retro coffee shop run by a pastry shop.
Originally, the founder’s father learned how to make Western sweets from German prisoners of war who came to Japan after World War I, and ran a German-style cafe.
The founder who was influenced first started the shop as a Western confectionery shop.
After that, in 1956, we started a shop that combined Western sweets and a cafe, and it has a history that continues to this day.
I like the signboard. There is an episode with a German prisoner of war, but the signboard looks like France lol
The interior of the store is completely Showa retro. Very nice.
I visited around 16:00 on weekdays, but the store was full of customers.
Over 70 years since its founding, it seemed like a coffee shop that has already become a part of the city’s functions.
Since its founding, it has been doing business with the idea of ”good things at a good price.”
The cakes in the shop are 300 yen and there are many kinds.
I had the ‘Hawaiian’ which was a bavarois topped with fresh fruit and it was absolutely delicious.
A very delicious cake for everyday use, not for “ordinary deliciousness”.
Since it is so delicious, I ordered an additional order of the most popular “Marron”, which has been a staple since the company was founded.
For the time being, there is a little chestnut on top of the cream, but basically it is a simple taste with only sponge and cream.
Both sponge and cream are light. A little crispy powdered sugar makes an accent of touch.
When I visited, I was patient with two cakes, but I should have eaten the pudding as well. . .
I think it’s the best Showa retro cafe.
