スペシャリティ珈琲の専門店の丸美珈琲と言えば、
「ロースター日本チャンピオンのお店」
このイメージです。
オーナーの後藤栄次郎さんは2013年に日本チャンピオン。
そして、翌年の2014年には世界6位に入賞。
札幌のチカホにもコーヒースタンドがあり、通りすがる時はたまに立ち寄って珈琲をいただいています。
こちらのお店は以前は「レストランSHIN」というフレンチのお店でした。
フレンチのお店時代は気になりつつも一回も行くことなく。
丸美珈琲さんに変わって久しく経つにも関わらず未だ行っておらず。。。
ということで伺ってきました。
店内はゆったりとした雰囲気。
ノートPC持ち込んで仕事や勉強する方も多いように思います。
美味しい珈琲を味わいつつ、ゆっくり過ごすのは気分がよいですね。

It’s been a long time since I changed to Marumi Coffee, but I haven’t been there yet. . .
That’s why I asked.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere.
I think there are many people who bring their laptops to work or study.
It feels good to spend time slowly while enjoying delicious coffee.
