カフェに入った瞬間。「なんかいい」と思えるカフェっていうのは確かにありまして。
ネルドコーヒークラブさんはそういうお店です。
創成川イーストエリアの端っこに、見つからないように、街並みに馴染んでいるカフェ。
シックな店内で、伺った時、先客は女性が一人。
店内音楽はジャズの女性ボーカル曲がゆるく流れいる。
女性は静かに本を読んでいる。
そういう楽しみ方をする所、というのが言わずもがな伝わってくる空気感。
ボクは好きですね。
かぼちゃのババロアは甘さ控え目で、かぼちゃの甘味が程よく口に広がる。
コーヒーはエチオピアのベレカ。
酸味の強いのは好きじゃないけども、これはフルーティでほどよい酸味でおいしくいただけました。
その後、調べていて分かったのですが、ここのオーナーさんは、札幌の名店ミンガスコーヒーでやってらっしゃた方だそうで。
その系譜という感じがうなずけました。

NELD COFFEE CLUB is such a shop.
At the edge of the Soseigawa East area, a cafe that blends in with the cityscape so that you can’t find it.
In a chic store, when I visited, the first customer was a woman.
The music in the store is loosely played with jazz female vocals.
A woman is reading a book quietly.
It goes without saying that this is a place where you can enjoy yourself in that way.
I like it.
The pumpkin bavarois is moderately sweet, and the sweetness of the pumpkin spreads in your mouth.
Bereka coffee from Ethiopia.
I don’t like strong acidity, but this was fruity and had just the right amount of acidity.
After that, I did some research and found out that the owner used to work at Mingus Coffee, a famous store in Sapporo.
I nodded at the feeling of the genealogy.
