#567 茶房旧茶屋亭 (Hakodate)

函館十字街エリア。
単純ですが、十字軍を連想してしまってなんとなくかっこよさそうな街のイメージ。
金森倉庫の絵が定番のベイエリアからも近く、函館散策エリアですね。
その十字街にある旧茶屋亭さん。

”この旧茶屋亭の建物は明治末期の海産商の店舗兼居宅の店舗部分で当時の港町箱館の隆盛を伝える典型的な和洋折衷建築物として1988年施行の函館市の西部地区歴史的景観条例で左横側のレンガ塀とともに伝統的建造物に指定されました。”
と紹介されています。

和洋折衷って。浮遊感のある魅力と言いますか。
着物にカンカン帽とか、袴に皮ブーツとか。
独特の雰囲気があって好きです。

旧茶屋亭さんは1992年にオープン。ちょうど30年経過ですね。
なんと言いますか。100%和洋折衷、といった様子で、店内に入ってすぐに感激しました。
ロリィタさんがいたならば完全に馴染みますね。

最近ハマっているので、こちらでも珈琲とプリンを組み合わせてみました。
自家製焼きプリンがですね。絶妙です。
焼いているのにわりかしやわらかく。マイルドであっさりなプリンで。
これはこれで美味しい。
しかも四角でカステラみたい。
そして、青碧のコーヒーカップとお皿がまたいい色で。
図柄は百合の紋章と帆船。
プリンのカスタードの色と器の青碧と珈琲の黒。
色が目に沁みて落ち着きます。

函館に来られた方はぜひ行かれてください。

ちなみに、抹茶を頼んだ方は好きな器が選べるサービスもあります。
そういうのもいいですね。

Hakodate cross street area.

A kimono and boater hat, a hakama and leather boots.
I like it because it has a unique atmosphere.

Former Chayatei opened in 1992. It’s been exactly 30 years.
what do you say As soon as I entered the store, I was deeply moved by the appearance of 100% Japanese-Western fusion.
If Lolita was there, I would be completely familiar with it.

I’ve been addicted to it lately, so I tried combining coffee and pudding here as well.
It’s a homemade baked pudding. Exquisite.
It is rather soft even though it is baked. A mild and light pudding.
This is delicious.
Moreover, it is square and looks like castella.
And the blue coffee cup and plate are also nice colors.
The design is a lily crest and a sailing ship.
The custard color of the pudding, the blue of the vessel and the black of the coffee.
The colors are eye-catching and soothing.
