姫路のアーモンドトースト。
2020年に姫路を訪れた時に知ったローカルメニュー。
アーモンドバターをパンに塗って焼く。
それだけなのが、これがうまい。
なぜに姫路だけで定着したのはかは分からないけども、特定地域だけで愛されているメニューがあるってのはステキね。

再度姫路に来たので、姫路の人気アーモンドトーストカフェを訪れない手はない。
葡萄屋さん。
コンセプトは「コーヒーレストラン」ということで、アーモンドトースト以外にもパスタなどの洋食メニューもたくさん。
店内はファミリーレストランの雰囲気。
ベルベットの椅子と昼下がりの喫茶店の雰囲気が昭和感も感じさせてくれてよい塩梅。

他の食事もあるしお腹は空いていたけども、アーモンドトーストとコーヒーに絞って注文。
たっぷり塗ったアーモンドバターが溶けて、少し焦げて、香ばしさ満点で食欲をそそる。
熱々なので食べる時は口をやけどしないように注意が必要だ。
シャオリ。。。
口の中に広がる溶けたバターとアーモンドの香りと甘味。
おいしいね。

姫路のアーモンドトースト。
行かれた際はぜひ食べてみていただきたい。

Since I came to Himeji again, I can’t help but visit Himeji’s popular almond toast cafe.
BUDOYA.
The concept is “coffee restaurant”, and there are many Western dishes such as pasta besides almond toast.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is a family restaurant.
The velvet chairs and the atmosphere of the coffee shop in the afternoon make you feel the Showa era.

I had other meals and was hungry, but I ordered only almond toast and coffee.
The generously applied almond butter melts, burns a little, and is full of fragrance and appetizing.
It’s hot, so be careful not to burn your mouth when eating.
