#549 bolik coffee (Nara)

前日は高校時代の先輩と約30年振りにお会いしてきた。
こんなに時間が経っても高校時代感覚で酒が飲めるのって。
いやーよかったｖ
その先輩もそこそこカフェ好きで。教えてもらって行ってきた。

ならまちエリア。街並みは京都とは違うこぢんまりとしたよい雰囲気。

ホワイトチョコのチーズケーキをいただいたのだが。。。
そのおいしさに驚いた。

クリームチーズはねっとりだけど濃厚過ぎず爽やかな甘酸っぱさが広がり、すぅっと消える。
ホワイトチョコは控えめというか、ほぼクリームチーズと溶け合って別のものになってる感覚。
ホワイトチョコのチーズケーキをいただいたのは初めて。
珍しくて、その上に美味しい。鮮烈な記憶となって残りました。

ちなみに、店内にはロシア雑貨が販売されていて、お店の雰囲気と少しアンマッチな印象がありましたが
店主がロシア好きなためとのこと。

Naramachi area. The cityscape has a small and nice atmosphere that is different from Kyoto.

I got a white chocolate cheesecake…
I was surprised at its deliciousness.

Cream cheese is sticky but not too rich and has a refreshing sweet and sour taste that disappears quickly.
White chocolate is modest, or almost melted with cream cheese and becomes something else.
This is the first time I have had a white chocolate cheesecake.
It’s rare and delicious on top of that. It remained a vivid memory.

By the way, Russian miscellaneous goods were sold in the store, and I had the impression that it was a little unmatched with the atmosphere of the store.
The owner likes Russia.
