1975年。協同組合として珈琲豆の製造・卸・販売を開始したことが始まりの株式会社匠味珈琲製造所が運営するカフェ。
2016年の会社移転の際、カフェの名前を現在の「The Grand Coffee」に変更。
会社としては、福井県内を中心にコーヒー豆の卸事業を行っていらっしゃるようです。
「コーヒーラウンジ」と誰かが言っていますが、店内はラグジュアリーな様子で、よいラウンジ感です。
ラウンジがオープンしたのは実は2021年で、伺った時はまだ出来立ての雰囲気でした。
常時40種類のコーヒー豆をラインナップ。
コーヒー＆スイーツプレートを頼んだのですが、コーヒー豆を蓋つきのグラスに入れて香りを確かめながら豆を選ぶ演出に感激しました。
こういう演習もラウンジの雰囲気にピッタリです。
スイーツもジュエリーな感じで、ゆったりと優雅にコーヒーとスイーツを楽しめました。
1Fは豆の販売の他、コーヒーカップやポットやドリッパーなどコーヒー用具などを販売しています。
福井市内の少し外れ、国道158号線沿いです。

When the company moved in 2016, the name of the cafe was changed to the current “The Grand Coffee”.
As a company, it seems that they are engaged in a coffee bean wholesale business mainly in Fukui prefecture.
Someone says “coffee lounge”, but the interior looks luxurious and has a nice lounge feel.
The lounge actually opened in 2021, and when I visited it was still a fresh atmosphere.
The cafe always has a lineup of 40 types of coffee beans.
I ordered a coffee and sweets plate, but I was impressed by the production of putting coffee beans in a glass with a lid and checking the aroma while choosing the beans.
These exercises are also perfect for the atmosphere of the lounge.
The sweets were also jewelery, and I enjoyed coffee and sweets in a relaxed and elegant manner.
In addition to selling beans, the 1st floor sells coffee utensils such as coffee cups, pots and drippers.
