東京オリンピック2020。
千葉県長生郡一宮町一宮は、サーフィン会場となった。
人口1.2万人余りの町は湧いた。
そのサーフィン会場からほど近い住宅街のカフェ。
見た感じ、普通の住宅をリノベーションした趣味のカフェに見える。
実際、感覚はそれに近く、いつもなら「少し違うかなぁ。」と思う所だけど
九十九里浜の明るい日差しと、小春日和の開放的な雰囲気は、どこかサンタモニカを思い起こさせるようで（言い過ぎか 笑）
穏やかで平和な雰囲気で、こういうカフェもいいねと感じた。
近所のおじさんが先に来ていた。常連さんのようで、お店のマダムと気軽に話している。
メニューにはショコラテリーヌがあった。
訪れたカフェは、10年で既にに500件を超えているが、ショコラテリーヌをレギュラーメニューで出しているカフェはそんなに無かったと思い、オーダー。
少し凍った状態で出してくれた。
レッドペッパー、カルダモン、岩塩が添えられている。
シンプルで見た目もよい。
フォークで少しづつカットし、口に運ぶ。
おいしい。絶妙にうまい。
レッドペッパー、カルダモン、岩塩とそれぞれ試してみたけど、岩塩が一番好きだな。
このショコラテリーヌがコーヒーとの相性がかなり良かった。
コーヒー×プリンの組み合わせが最近のブームだったけど、コーヒー×ショコラテリーヌもかなりいいね。

A town with a population of more than 12,000 has sprung up.
A cafe in a residential area near the surfing venue.
It looks like a hobby cafe that is a renovation of an ordinary house.
Normally, I don’t think it’s a good cafe, but the bright sunshine of Kujukuri Beach and the open atmosphere of Indian summer seem to remind me of Santa Monica somewhere (excessive lol).
The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and I liked this kind of cafe.
A man in the neighborhood came first. Like a regular, he feels free to talk to Madame at the store.
There was chocolate terrine on the menu.
I have visited more than 500 cafes in 10 years, but I thought that there weren’t many cafes that offered chocolate terrine on a regular menu, so I ordered it.
He put it out in a slightly frozen state.
Served with red pepper, cardamom and rock salt.
It’s simple and looks good.
Cut it little by little with a fork and carry it to your mouth.

I tried red pepper, cardamom, and rock salt, but I like rock salt the most.
This chocolate terrine goes very well with coffee.
The combination of coffee and pudding was a recent boom, but coffee and chocolate terrine are also pretty good.
