#517 カフェ・ストウブ (Bibai)

野原のカフェ。草原のカフェとでも言おうか。
北海道。美唄。街と畑の境目の草原に佇む。
2017年1月オープンなので、4年ほど経っているけど、店内はかなり新しい雰囲気。

パンを作り、地元の食材でおいしいものを作り提供する。
シンプルなコンセプトです。

プレートメニューをいただきました。
鶏肉のカレー焼き、アンチョビのポテトサラダ、ナスと山芋のグラタン、その他。
なんというか。どれもおいしかったです。とても。
ナスと山芋のグラタンは新鮮でした。
そして、パン。これもとてもオイシイ。

おいしいごはんをいただきました。
野原の中の一軒家カフェ。
その立地もまた、雰囲気をそそります。

もっと時間が経って、古びた雰囲気になると、更によい雰囲気になりますね。

Its location is also intriguing.
