札幌のお笑い系バラエティシングルママアイドル（どんだけ重ねてるねんｗ）のちぃなちゃんが好きなカフェだというので行ってきました。
札幌、山鼻エリアの地下のカフェ。
「こんな所にこんなカフェあったのか！」とまず驚く。
そしてこの地下カフェは知ってないとなかなか入れないなぁと思いました。
伺ったのは5月でしたが、オープンしたのは2021/3/21。
まだオープンして間もない時期だったのですね。
テーブル席12席、カウンター席6席。
ピアノや音響機器が置いてあり、ミニライブもできるカフェですね。
「ごはんが全部オイシイ！」とちいなが言うので、いろいろメニューありましたが、ひき肉ホットポテトサンドをいただきました。
確かにオイシイ。
いうなれば、コロッケの中身をホットサンドにしましたといった感じですが、コロッケともまた違う。
ポテトとひき肉のバランスの違いで、あらま、別のおいしさになるのね。という印象です。

I visited in May, but it opened on March 21, 2021.

12 table seats and 6 counter seats.
It’s a cafe with pianos and audio equipment, and you can also have a mini-live.
CHIINA says, “All the meals are good!”, So there were various menus, but I had the minced meat hot potato sandwich.
Certainly good.
It feels like the contents of the croquette are made into hot sandwiches, but it’s also different from the croquette.
The difference in the balance between potatoes and minced meat makes it taste different. It is an impression.
