#513 ine cafe (Ine)

三大ブリ漁場のひとつ、京都府伊根町。
舟屋の郷としてメディア露出することも多く、そこそこ知られている。
ボクの地元エリア。親戚も地元の友人もいる。小さいころから好きな町。
現在人口は2000人を切っている小さな町です。

そんな伊根町がここ10年ほどの間に様変わりしています。
きっかけは2015年の京都縦貫道の全線開通に合わせて2013年頃から始まった「海の京都」プロジェクトの影響が大きいのかと思います。
舟屋やブリといった観光資源を活かすべく、静かで贅沢な時間を過ごせる宿や観光情報案内所、土産物店、レストランなど観光機能を整備。
帰省時に訪れる度に、国内旅行者、アジア系・欧米系観光客をたくさん見かけるようになり、小さい頃の記憶からすると隔世の感です。

田舎の小さな漁港なのですが、そんな場所に、近年はオシャレなカフェがポツポツできているのです。

舟屋を活かして、水際スレスレに建てられたカフェ。
伺ったのは3月の末。桜の季節。
窓からは干満差のない伊根湾の静かな水面が見える。
燦燦としたやわらかな陽光。海の向こうは春霞。
こういうロケーションのカフェは全国探してもなかなかないでしょう。

伊根と言えばブリ。
ブリ丼をいただきましたが、もう、おいしいの一言です。

Ine Town, Kyoto Prefecture, one of the three major yellowtail fishing grounds.
It is well known as it is often exposed to the media as Funaya no Sato.
My local area. I have relatives and local friends. My favorite town since I was little.
It is a small town with a population of less than 2000.

Ine Town has changed in the last 10 years.
I think that the reason for this was the influence of the “Kyoto by the Sea” project, which started around 2013 in line with the opening of the entire Kyoto Jukan Expressway in 2015.
In order to utilize tourism resources such as boathouses and yellowtail, we have developed tourism functions such as inns where you can spend quiet and luxurious time, tourist information centers, souvenir shops, and restaurants.
Every time I visit home, I see a lot of domestic tourists and Asian / Western tourists, and I remember when I was little, it feels like a world away.

It’s a small fishing port in the countryside, but in recent years, fashionable cafes have popped up in such places.

I visited at the end of March. Season of cherry blossoms.
From the window, you can see the quiet water surface of Ine Bay with no tidal range.
Bright and soft sunlight. The other side of the sea is spring haze.
It’s hard to find a cafe in such a location nationwide.

Speaking of Ine, yellowtail.
I had a yellowtail bowl, but it’s already a delicious word.

It’s a good place.
