#506 カフェ_フレール (Kanazawa)

金沢の町並み散策で出会った古い煉瓦作りの建物。
1930年（昭和5年）に建てられたもので、国登録有形文化財＆金沢市指定保存建造物の洋館なんだそうです。
建物自体はギャラリーで、フレールは併設の喫茶店といった所です。

開店直後に訪れたのですが、すぐに常連さんぽい方がお二人入ってこられ、何も言わずに珈琲が出てきました。

店内のドアノブやステンドグラスなど、これらも建てられた当時のものだそうで、90年前と同じ雰囲気で珈琲を味わうと気持ちも広がります。

ちなみに建物は1930年ですが、喫茶店は50年くらい。喫茶店ブームもあって始めたそうです。
今のマスターは、マスターをやって10年ほどとのこと。
代々のマスターが歴史を語り継いでいるのでしょうね。

An old brick building that I met while walking around the streets of Kanazawa.
Built in 1930 (Showa 5), it is a Western-style building that is a nationally registered tangible cultural property and a preserved building designated by Kanazawa City.
The building itself is a gallery, and Frere is an attached coffee shop.

I visited immediately after the store opened, but soon two regulars came in and coffee came out without saying anything.

The doorknobs and stained glass inside the store were also built at the time. When you taste coffee in the same atmosphere as 90 years ago, your feelings will spread.

By the way, the building is 1930, but the coffee shop is about 50 years old. It seems that it started with the coffee shop boom.
The current master has been a master for about 10 years.
Perhaps the masters of generations have handed down history.
