#505 東出珈琲店 (Kanazawa)

富山へ向かう途中。ハタと金沢で降りようと思った。
カフェチェックをするのだ。
2007年以来の久しぶりの金沢。
観光のひとつでもしたい所だったが、今回の目的は明確。
カフェチェックするためだけに散策。

まず最初に訪れたのは東出珈琲店。近江町市場の近く。
「一粒一粒、手作業でハンドピックした安心で新鮮なコーヒーを提供します。どうぞ楽しいコーヒータイムを・・・」

注文伝票に書いてあります。
ハンドピックは大変な作業ですが、不良豆を間引くことで珈琲はおいしくなるとのこと。
「東出ブレンド」をいただきましたが、中煎りくらい、香ばしさと苦みがちょうどよい所でとてもおいしかったです。

そして、それよりも驚いたのが、東出珈琲プリン。
人気メニューのようです。
もう口当たりが神ってます。
ぷるりん・つるりんというのでもなく、一時期流行ったプリンのようにとろけるようなクリーミーさとも違い、「美しい滑らかさ」とでもいうような絶妙の口当たりとほどよい甘さ。
驚きのプリンです。カラメルは焦がしめで珈琲になじむ味わいです。
いやーおいしかった。

I first came to Kanazawa in 2007. It’s Kanazawa for the first time in a long time.
I wanted to go sightseeing, but the purpose of this time is clear.
Take a walk just to check the cafe.

The first place I visited was Higashide Coffee. Near the Omicho market.
“We provide safe and fresh coffee that is hand-picked one by one. Have a good coffee time …”

It is written on the order slip.
Hand picking is a difficult task, but it is said that coffee will be delicious by thinning out defective beans.
I received “Higashide Blend”. Medium roasted coffee. The aroma and bitterness were just right, and it was very delicious.

And what surprised me more than that was the Higashide coffee pudding.
It seems to be a popular menu.
The taste is already god.
It’s not a creamy pudding like the one that was popular for a while, but an exquisite mouthfeel and moderate sweetness that can be called “beautiful smoothness”.
It’s a surprising pudding. Caramel is charred and has a taste that blends well with coffee.
It was really delicious.
