#500 大陸(Himeji)

祝！500投稿！
2011年9月26日にfacebookに最初のカフェをアップして以来。
本投稿が遂に500件目となりました！
ほぼ10年。よく続けてるよなと思います。
ここまできたら、やはり1000件か？と。。。
気持ちが続く限り、細々と続けて参ります。
僭越ながら、自分の満足のために、「祝」と言わせていただきます（笑

1947年創業。姫路で最初の喫茶店だそうです。
もう73年もやっていらっしゃる。
姫路にもモーニングの文化がある。

アーモンドトースト。
マーガリンに粉状・粒状のアーモンドと砂糖をまぜたものをパンに塗って焼いたものです。
始まりは、昭和50年頃。姫路の成田珈琲さん。
オリジナルPBマーガリンの拡販を目指す成田珈琲さんと、競争激化の中で独自のメニューを求めていた喫茶店さんとの思惑が合致して生まれたメニューだそうです。

ボクはここで初めて知りました。とてもおいしい。驚きました。
全国各地にまだまだこういったローカルグルメがあるんでしょうね。
ちなみに大陸さんのはバターの配合率を高めて作っているそうです。

そしてもうひとつ。
焼きミートスパゲティ。
ミートスパゲティだけど、それを更に焼くの？
B級グルメ臭ぷんぷんなので、お腹はわりといっぱいでしたが、注文してしまいました。。。
味は濃いめだったけど、酸味は少な目でとてもおいしかったです。

アーモンドトーストに焼きミートスパゲティに。
なにかこう、ノスタルジックな大衆感がイイ感じでした！

Since the first cafe was posted on facebook on September 26, 2011.
This post is finally the 500th!
Almost 10 years. I think I’m doing well.
Then, is the next goal still 1000?
As long as my feelings continue, I will continue to do so.
Let me say “celebration” for my own satisfaction, albeit modestly.

Founded in 1947. It is said to be the first coffee shop in Himeji.
I’ve been doing it for 73 years.
Himeji also has a culture of morning.

Almond toast.
Margarine mixed with powdered / granular almonds and sugar is spread on bread and baked.
It started around 1975. Narita Coffee from Himeji.
It is said that this menu was created by matching the thoughts of Narita Coffee, which aims to expand sales of original PB margarine, and a coffee shop, which was looking for a unique menu amid intensifying competition.

I first learned about it here. very delicious. I was surprised.
I think there are still more local gourmet foods like this all over the country.
By the way, the almond toast in this coffee shop seems to have a higher proportion of butter.

And one more.
Grilled meat spaghetti.
Do you want to bake more meat spaghetti?
Class B gourmet odor! I was full, but I ordered it. .. ..
The taste was strong, but the acidity was low and it was very delicious.
