アンティーク＆カフェいで (Yamaga)

熊本市へ向かう道すがら、豊後街道の宿場町として栄えた熊本県山鹿市に立ち寄る。
この地で3代続く骨董屋を営んでいらっしゃる井出古美術店さんの併設カフェ。

本当は近所の別のカフェを目当てに行ったのですが、リニューアル改装中とのことで伺えず。
いたしかたなく近所をうろうろして見つけるという、カフェあるあるです。
こういう出会い方がカフェ巡りの楽しい所。

骨董屋さんのカフェなので、ハズレはなしです。
嗚呼。いいですねぇ～。

静かです。。。

珈琲とチョコレートケーキの姿にしびれました。
お盆、お皿、カップ、小鉢、そしてケーキと珈琲。
それぞれ別のものなのにキリっと締った色バランスに感動です。
さすが骨董屋さん。

山鹿市には八千代座という芝居小屋があります。
1910年に建設された芝居小屋で1988年に重要文化財に指定されましたが、海老蔵さんなど有名歌舞伎俳優の歌舞伎公演も行われるなど、今も現役で稼働している劇場です。

宿場町として栄え、娯楽としての芝居が栄え。
そこにある骨董屋。そしてカフェ。
そりゃぁ雰囲気いいハズですね。

It’s an antique shop cafe, so it’s definitely nice.
Oh. It’s good…

It’s the tranquility itself.

I was impressed by the production of coffee and chocolate cake.
Tray, plates, cups, small bowls, and cakes and coffee.
Although they are different from each other, I was impressed by the stable color balance when combined.
As expected, an antique shop.

There is a playhouse called Yachiyoza in Yamaga City.
The theater was built in 1910 and was designated as an important cultural property in 1988, but it is still in operation, with Kabuki performances by famous Kabuki actors such as Ebizo.

The town prospered as a post town, and Kabuki culture flourished there.
An antique shop and cafe in such a town.
That’s a nice atmosphere.
