行く前から「絶対間違いない」と思えるカフェは少なく。
Re:gendo（りげんどう）さんは予想通りの大満足でした。
古民家カフェ。まず佇まいがステキです。
石見銀山生活文化研究所さんが運営するカフェのようです。
「復古創新」をコンセプトに、美しい里山の生活文化を発信する活動。
こちらのRe：gendoは東京での発信基地として位置付けているようですね。
昭和初期の民家を地元島根の職人で修復して運営しているとのこと。
お昼ご飯をいただきました。
めちゃめちゃおいしいごはんです。
豚肉と里芋の山椒煮。
汁物も具沢山でステキ。大根の葉が入っている所が渋いです。
住宅街の隠れ家カフェの雰囲気ですが、お客さんもたくさんで、すでに隠れ切れてないですね（笑
おいしい食事をいただける素晴らしいカフェです。

It seems that Re: gendo here is positioned as an activity base in Tokyo.
A private house in the early Showa period is restored and operated by a local Shimane craftsman.
I had lunch.
It’s really delicious.
Boiled pork and taro in Japanese pepper.
The soup is also wonderful with lots of ingredients. It’s a good sense to use radish leaves.
The atmosphere is like a hideaway cafe in a residential area, but there are many customers.
You can’t hide it already…
A great cafe where you can enjoy delicious food.
