こんな所にこんな素晴らしい珈琲屋さんがあったとは。
ゲイシャコーヒーもありました。
昨年、茨城のサザコーヒーさんでパナマゲイシャに出会い驚いたゲイシャ種。
コーヒーなのにコーヒーじゃないような柔らかくてフルーティで華のある香り。
コーヒーじゃないほどのものがいいなら違うもの飲めばいいじゃないかという突っ込みは無しです（笑
それくらいコーヒーの幅広さを知った品種でした。
江花珈琲さんが扱っていたのはエチオピア グジ ゲイシャジャスミンG1というもの。
ゲイシャ種の原産地はエチオピアのゲイシャという地域。
その後、コスタリカ、パナマへと伝わったようです。
約1年ぶりに再会したゲイシャコーヒー。
やはり驚くようなフローラルな香りはさすがです。
そして、そんな貴重なコーヒーを驚くほどリーズナブルな価格で提供されていました。
そんなにリーズナブルで大丈夫？と聞くと、
ロースターもやっているし、味わいを知る人を増やせればいいのさ。といったことをおっしゃっておりました。
