珈琲はホンジュラスのラ・ファルダ農園。ブルボン種。
1800mの高標高で取れたもの。
華やかでマイルドな香りがちょうどよい印象でした。
近年はホンジュラスのスペシャルティ珈琲の評価が上がっているそうです。

The coffee I took in a near-perfect climate was awesome.
It was good that there was no music in the cafe.
Coffee is La Falda plantation in Honduras. The variety is Bourbon.
It was taken at an altitude of 1800m.
The gorgeous and mild scent was just right.
In recent years, Honduras’ specialty coffee has been highly evaluated.
