と2015年以降、空間プロデュース展開が精力的なMORIHICOさん。
STAY&COFFEEは、ホテルとカフェの新しい融合をコンセプトにホテル一棟丸ごとリノベーションして誕生した。
新しいホテルへの新規出店というオファーならば受けなかったとMORIHICO代表の市川氏は語る。
ホテルはシンプルで雰囲気のよいゲストハウス/ドミトリー。1FがMORIHICO。
天井高は5mと非常に高く、開放感が気持ちいいカフェ。
まだ、宿泊はしたことはないですが、朝食を食べてそのまま会社に出勤、札幌のお客様とのMTGなど、いくつかのシーンで利用しましたが、とっても快適です。

Since 2015, MORIHICO have been energetically developing space production.。
It was born by renovating the entire building under the concept of “new fusion of hotel and cafe”
Mr. Ichikawa, MORIHICO’s representative, said he did not receive the offer if it opened a new store in a new hotel.
The hotel is a guest house/dormitory.Simple and very nice atmosphere
The ceiling height is 5m, it has a very open feeling and is wonderful.
I haven’t stayed yet.
I used it in several scenes, such as eating breakfast and going to work as it was or having business talks with customers in Sapporo. It’s very comfortable.
