サザコーヒー水戸芸術館店 (Ibaraki)

講演で水戸に立ち寄る。
サザコーヒーはひたちなか市本店の珈琲屋さん。
ゲイシャコーヒー？
初めて聞いた珈琲だけども、今年のパナマゲイシャは1ポンド1000ドル以上の値がつくなど。
どうも、希少な珈琲のようだ。
そのゲイシャコーヒーをこだわって仕入れているサザコーヒーさん。

せっかくなので、パナマゲイシャコーヒー　ウォッシュドをいただく。

驚くほどフルーティな味わい。
ジャスミンの甘さや白桃の味わい、と書いてありましたがその通り。
もはや珈琲の味わいではないほど。

飲み比べとして、通常のブレンドコーヒーも出してくれました。
通常のブレンドは香ばしさと苦み中心で、酸味も少なく、普通においしい「珈琲」
しかし、ゲイシャコーヒーは、香りから味わいまですべて違う。
驚きの体験をさせていただきました。

Geisha coffee?
I heard it for the first time. This year’s Panama Geisha seems to have been priced at over $1,000 a pound.
It looks like a rare coffee.
Saza coffee which is particular about geisha coffee.

I’ve never had that coffee, so I’ll have Panama Geisha Coffee Washed.

Amazingly fruity taste.
It was written that the sweetness of jasmine and the taste of white peach, but that is correct.
It’s no longer the taste of coffee.

He also served me a normal blended coffee as a drink comparison.
A normal blend is fragrant and bitterness, has little sourness, and is normally delicious “coffee”.
However, Geisha coffee is different from aroma to taste.
I had an amazing experience.
