スープカレーのように札幌では一通り定着した感があります。

すすきのの路地裏。
モンブラン専門の夜カフェ。
シメパフェのジャンルで見るならば、かなり尖ったポジショニングです。
もともとモンブラン好きな自分には、こういう夜カフェ。最高です。
おいしい。
このモンブラン。おいしいです。
丹波栗の甘さ控えめの大人味です。
一合升に盛り付けたり、ほうじ茶をカクテルグラスでいただくなど。
演出も楽しいです。
お酒のあとに伺うのもいいですし、モンブラン専門店のモンブランを楽しみに伺うのも楽しいですv

“Shime pafe” has been known since around 2015.
Like soup curry, it has become widely known in Sapporo
Montblanc with a shelf life of 15 minutes.
It’s a great headline.
This is a very unique positioning within the Shime parfait.
This cafe is great because I love Mont Blanc.
Delicious.Very good!

Modest sweetness.Adult taste.
Served with “masu”,
I ordered Hojicha for a drink, but it came out in a cocktail glass.
The production is wonderful.
It’s nice to visit after drinking, and it’s fun to visit the Montblanc specialty store.
