旧cafe SAKURAさんです。
SKURAさんが2018年の8月に閉店されましたが、Thumbs upは2018年の12月にオープン。
コーヒーとソフトクリームのコーヒースタンド。
店内はサーフボードが飾られていて、全体西海岸風。
「少しだけビターにコーヒーと、パドルで疲れた身体に染み渡る甘いソフトクリーム」
これがThumbs upさんのコンセプトとのこと。
ソフトクリーム。興部（おこっぺ）の牛乳を使った、ねっとり濃厚タイプのソフトクリームでとてもおしかったです。
そして、コーヒー。甘くて冷たいものを食べた後の、あったかくでビターなコーヒー。
このコントラストがいいですねv
ひとつのカフェがその役割を終了し、新しいオーナーさんの元で新たなカフェとして生まれ変わる。
カフェのターンオーバーと言うか。
そうやって街の表情も変わっていきますね。
Old cafe SAKURA.
SKURA was closed in August 2018, but Thumbs up was opened in December 2018.
This is a coffee stand serving coffee and ice cream.
The store is decorated with surfboards and looks like a west coast.
A bit of bitter coffee and a sweet ice cream that soaks into a tired body with a paddle.

Ice cream. It was very delicious with a rich taste ice cream made from Okoppe-cho’s milk.
And coffee. A warm and bitter coffee after eating sweet and cold food.

One cafe ends its role and is reborn as a new cafe under the new owner.
It’s like cafe turnover…?
That’s how changes the look of the city.
