ステキなカフェの要素のひとつには、「マットな空間」とでも言うべき、音の反響のあまりない、穏やかな空間や質感があります。
見た感じがよいカフェでも、やたらと床や壁の音が反響するのは心が落ち着きません。
cafe E.denさん、月見想珈琲さん、cafe blancさん、mingus coffeeさんなど。
札幌だけでも、ステキなカフェと言われるカフェさんはその要素をもっています。
旭川で見つけたこのcafe treffenさんのマットな空間は感動レベルでした。
少し天井が低い造りの一軒家だったり、気温は20℃前後で明るい曇り空だったことなんかも後押ししているかもしれませんが。
静かに考える場所として、とてもよい所だと思いました。
チーズトースト。おいしかったです。
そして、あまりに雰囲気がよかったので、追加でプリンも頼んでみましたが、きちんと焼いたプディングが出てきました。
こちららも落ち着く素朴さのある味わいで大変おいしかったです。
ここは本当にステキです。
To me, the one of the elements of good cafe is that quality of chill and room which is quiet and matte room.
If it looks good, it is not comfortable that the noise echoes inside room.

This cafe named cafe treffen I found in Asahikawa has the elements impressively.
It is a renovated house and has a low ceiling, and it was around 20°C, light cloudy.
These condition also make the elements, I guess.
It is a very nice place where something to think about.
I had cheese toasts, and it was good.
It was too good for me, so I ordered a pudding additionaly.
The pudding was nicely baked one.
Taste was very good like make me chill.
This cafe is really nice.
