CAFE 紅うさぎ (Takasaki)

仕事じゃなければなかなか来ることもない高崎。
せっかく来たのだからと隙間を縫って高崎カフェリサーチ。

カツサンドとパンケーキがおいしいよという情報を得て訪問。

カツサンドは納得のおいしさ。
カツがうまいのです。
クッキングシートのような紙にくるんでから切るというのも斬新。
テイクアウト用に作られているみたいですね。

パンケーキもかなりユニークなポジショニング。
ふわふわとろ～りのムースのようなパンケーキかと思わせておいて
実はたまごたっぷりのややしっかりめのたまご焼に近い食感のパンケーキ。
驚きのおしさでした。

ご夫婦で経営されていて、カジュアルでフレンドリーなカフェでした。

If it’s not business, I usually don’t come here, Takasaki,
so I researched cafe in Takasaki.

I visited here because I got an information that cutlet sandwiches and pancakes have been tasty.The Cutlet sandwiches were very tasty.

The Cutlet was awesome.
It was wrapped like baking paper, and cut it.
It was so fresh.
The sandwiches usually cook as a to go.

The pancakes is unique potsitioning as well.
I imagined it’s fluffy and creamy, but actually it was not.
In fact, it was made by many eggs, and the texture was like thoroughly grilled omlet.
Surprizingly, it was tasty.

It is casual and friendly cafe that the married couple has been ranning.
