カリフォルニア サンタクルーズ発祥のスムーチコーヒー。
マスターがカリフォルニアに住んでいた頃、スムーチコーヒーと交渉してオリジナルフレーバーを作ってもらい、その後北海道に戻り、現在のように販売を始めたとのこと。
飾らない雰囲気がステキなカフェです。コーヒーもおいしい。
中島公園の見える窓辺のカウンター席。ぼんやりと眺めるのもいいですね。
暖かくなると、中島公園のボート乗り場前まで、コーヒートレーラーで出張カフェもやっています。
このトレーラーかわいいです。

They serve steam coffee.
The origin of steam coffee is Santa Cruz, California.
When the owner had lived in California, the owner negotiated with a people of steam coffee, and made original flavor.
After that, the owner came back to Sapporo and started sell the coffee.
It is nice cafe, and it’s not too much decoration.
The coffee is tasty.
It is good to see outside and chill, on the counter seat beside the window.
