ライフスタイルストア（SLOW HOUSWWE）、レストラン（SOHOLM)、アパレル、リノベーションなどの事業を展開する（株）アクタスさんが運営するレストラン。
「スーホルム」と読みます。デンマーク語だそうです。

SOHOLMはSLOW HOUSE併設のレストランカフェ。
天王洲ウォーターフロント。
なんせ雰囲気がいいエリアです。
テラス席もいい感じです。

ランチをいただきました。前菜のコーンポタージュ。塩梅のよい風味と甘みで。大変においしいです。

そしてメインの魚介のリゾット。
魚介のスープがとてもしっかりしていて驚きました。
トマトの酸味も強すぎることなくちょうどいい塩梅で。
思わず「うまっ！」と思いました。

前菜、メイン、コーヒーの3点で

店員さんにとてもおいしかったですとお伝えすると、「ありがとございます！魚介には力を入れておりまして。。。」とのこと。
1800円のランチでしたが、お値段以上の内容でしたv

SOHOLM is Danish.

SOHOLM is a restaurant and cafe establishment as annexed to SLOW HOUSE.
In Tennozu water front, it’s nice location.The terrace seats are very good.

I had corn potage as appetizer for lunch.
The flavor and sweetness make nice balance.

And seafood risotto for main dish,I was surprized because seafood taste was nicely strong.
Tomato’s sour taste was not too strong, and very nice.
I just said “Tasty!” in my mind.

I told the staff that it was very delisious.
and the staff said that “Thank you! we focus on seafood.”

It was 1,800yen for lunch, but it has good experience more than price.
