桜並木で有名な播磨坂に面したお店です。
シュークリームが好きな私でして。。。
お店の前を通りかかった時、どうも気になり。
1個350円のシュークリームなんてかなりのお値段のシュークリームですが。。。
感動しました！
すごいシュークリームです。
なんでもバニラビーンズの代わりにトンカというのを使っているのがポイントだそうです。
そして、もう一つ頼んだラムレーズンのケーキにも同じくらい感動しました。
濃いめのラム。程よい食感のレーズン。調和するチョコクリーム。完璧なハーモニーです。
感動しすぎてオーナーさんに「感動しました！」と言ってしまったくらいです。

They use Tonka beans instead of vanilla beans.
I ordered rum raisin cakes, and it was really good as well.
A strong rum flavor, and not too soft not too hard raisin, and chocolate cream.
Beautiful harmony.
I was too touched, so I just said that I was really touched! to master.
