旧ニチロ漁業社の建物。フロアの大きさと天上の高さに感激してしまいます。
建物は1934年（昭和9年）もの！
当時の雰囲気が今に活かされていてとても良い雰囲気。さすが函館と思いました。
セミナー講演前の腹ごしらえにと、モーニングの時間に滑り込むように入店。
食事パンケーキを用意してくれていたのもナイスです。
JR函館駅から歩いて5～10分程度なのでアクセスもしやすいです。

It is nice atmosphere, and you can feel atmosphere at the era.
This is Hakodate.
Before I lecture, I visited to have breakfast.
It is good for me that they serve pancakes.
It takes about 5-10min from JR Hakodate Sta.
