#288 タチカワカフェ (Hakodate)

昭和46年に国指定重要文化財となった、明治の商家建築。
分類すると古民家カフェということになりますね。

重要文化財だけどもこうやって、カフェ・レストランとして普段使いとして使われていることはうれしいなと感じます。
文化財としての価値も重要だとは思いますが、使ってこそ。
いずれ朽ちることになるとしても、その時代その時代の人々が愛して使うというのがいいと思います。

屋内と屋外の光のコントラストがステキです。

今のオーナーシェフは東京から移り住んだ方とのこと。
ご本人が猟も行い、季節になるとジビエも楽しめるそうです。
「掃除してたら大量に出てきてさ。持ってって何かに付けて使ってね。」ときさくに声をかけてくださいました。
太刀川商店のタグ。明治時代のものだそうです。
よくそんなに大量に綺麗に残っていたものだと驚きました。

The building was traditional merchant in Meiji era and has been National important cultural properties in 1971.
If it is categorized, it would be an old house cafe.

I feel really happy because some old houses has been renovated and reused as a cafes or restaurants.
It is important worth as the National important cultural properties, but it should be used by people.
In the future, it will become an old, but people who alive in the era should love and use.

The contrust between light inside and outside was great.

The owner chaf moved to there from Tokyo.
He is a hunter, so sometimes you can have wild game.
I was given Tags of Tachikawa store. It’s tags of Meiji era.
The owner said that when I was cleaning up, I found these a lot, so you can stick it something.
I was just surprized that there were a lot of tags of Meiji era.
