小江戸川越でカフェめしを食べたいと思い。
おしゃれカジュアルな店内。
長岡式酵素玄米を使った食事とのこと。
いただいたのは松花堂弁当。
玄米のほか、野菜のみで作った小鉢4品とみそ汁。
いずれもかなりのからだ思いのメニューで少し面喰いましたが、でも、それはそれで美味しかったです。
たまにこういうのをいただくと気持ちが落ち着きますね。
I wanted to have a cafe-meshi in Ko-edo Kawagoe.
Inside of the cafe is really casual and trendy.
The meal was made of Nagaoka-type enzyme unpolished rice.
I had the Shokado Bento.
It came with 4 small bowles and miso-soup made of only vesitables.
All was very healthy, so I was surprized, but it was good.
Sometimes having like that meal, my feeling become calm.
