#269 ALMOND (Tokyo)

1946年創業。
おしぼりを出した初めて喫茶店。
デートの待ち合わせ場所。
バブル期の象徴のひとつ。六本木アイコン。
創業約70年。老舗喫茶店。

ついに。行って参りました。

店内入ると、とてもフツーの喫茶店だったのですが。。。（笑
平日の夕方行きました。
来店するお客さんは、50代のビジネスマンおじさんも多数来ており、普通の喫茶店感はたっぷり感じました（笑
フレンチトーストいただきましたがおいしかったですよ。

そして、お店に入った時、1Fの席で座って軽快にお話していたおじさん。
あれは張本勲さんに間違いなかったと思います。
喫茶店の座席に腰かければ普通のおじいさんな雰囲気でした。

現在のお店は2010年に新装オープンした2代目店舗。
あと5年早く行けていれば。。。
悔やまれる所ですがいたしかたなし。

It was opend in 1946.
They are the first that serving a small damp towel for the first time in Japan.
It’s populer as a meet up spot.
and a symbol of Bable era, and Roppongi.

Finally, I went there.

It was just usual cafe inside…
I went to there early in the evening.
The customers seemed like 50s businessman, so I felt like this cafe was usual cafe.
I ordered Freanch toast, it was tasty.

There was an old man talking lightly at first floor when I entered.
I thought he must be Isao Harimoto.
It was just natural, when he seeted in cafe, he seemed like just old man.

Now, the cafe was renewal in 2010.
If I could visit there 5 years ago…
It cant’t be helped…
