2015年10月30日にオープンしたカフェ。
石屋さんに頼んでオリジナルで作ってもらった、札幌軟石の石窯で焼くパンが特徴です。
トーストは米ピューレが入ったもので、もっちり度が高く、かなりおいしいと思いました。
cafe E.denさんと紫陽花珈琲さんが立ち並ぶエリアに新規オープンで、カフェ集積エリアになってきてます。
行った時はオープンまもない頃。
住宅街に佇む立地で、忙しさもなく、静かな時間が過ごせました。
いい場所です。
It was opened on October 30th, 2015.
They serve special bread that was baked in the oven made of Sapporo soft stone by stonemason.
The toast include rice puree, and it’s fluffy and so tasty.
It’s brand new cafe in a area where cafe E.den and Ajisai Coffee are located on.
The area is like accumulated area of lots of cafes.
When I visited there, it was brand new.
I spent chill time because it’s located in residential area.
Not noisy, not busy, there was just chilling.
It’s totally my favorite spot.
