初めて来る街で、検索と街歩きと鼻先のレーダーでカフェを探すのは楽しいもの。

hascafe。検索画像からの類推で来てみましたが当りカフェでした。
木床の心地良い足音と落ち着いた店内。

セミナー後の夕暮れ時。後は札幌に帰るだけ。
晩ごはんも食べて帰ろうと、鮭のクリームパスタを食べ終える。
せっかく北見まで来たので。。。と思い、フレンチトーストも追加オーダー。

これに感激。
通常バゲットを使うことが多いと思うのですが、使っているパンがデニッシュなのです。
この食感がなんともちょうどよく。
これまで食べたフレンチトーストの中で新しいポジショニングを示してくれました。

帰り際に”このアイデアはマスターのアイデア？”と聞いた所、”そうですよー”と少し照れながらも軽快に答えて頂きました。

北見に行かれる方。ここのフレンチトーストはおススメですv

It’s really enjoyable that walking and finding cafes with the sense of smell in a town where I visit first time.

The name is hascafe. I surfed on the Internet and found the picture of it, and it was actually great cafe.
In the cafe, the air of chill and calm filled up in.

It was the early evening after seminar. All I needed to do was that just going home.
I was planning to have dinner in Kitami, so I ordered salmon cream pasta.
It rarely happens that I visit Kitami, so I ordered French Toasts as well.

The French toasts caught my hearts.
Usually, baguettes’re cooked for french toasts, but it was not. It was danish bread.
Food texture was good.
It shows that new position ever I had.

When I went out from the cafe, I asked master “Is it your idea, right?”
and he answered “It is.” self‐consciously.

If you visit Kitami, you should go there.
