横森珈琲 (Tokyo) | カフェログ

仕事で訪れた三鷹産業プラザ。その1F。
すぐ横にはCafe Hi famigliaというオシャレなカフェがあったのですが、お昼時でお客さんで混雑しており、こちらが少し空いているように思われ入りました。

旧モリタコーヒーというお店とのこと。
運営は三鷹中心にインテリアやカフェ事業を展開するデイリーズさんとシフォンケーキ専門店のモリスケさんの共同運営によるもの。

アラビカ　神山というスペシャリティコーヒーを頼みました。
とてもとても美味しかったですし、産業プラザの喫茶コーナー敵な位置づけの店舗なのに（というと失礼ですが）造りや演出はとてもよい内容でした。
運営母体の力ですね（笑

産業プラザは株式会社まちづくり三鷹という中心市街地活性化法に基づく特定会社として設立された会社さんが運営している施設です。
施設名からもわかる通り、公共性の高い施設です。
こういう施設の飲食って間に合わせの飲食店などが多かったりしますが、人が滞留する時間が長めな施設だからこそ、横森珈琲さんやHi famigliaさんのような、ちゃんとした（というと変ですが）カフェや飲食店が入っていると施設全体がよいイメージになりますね。

カフェの内容ではなく施設の在り方が興味深く感じてしまいました（笑

The cafe is on the first floor in Mitaka Industrial Plaza.
There is stylish cafe called Cafe Hi famiglia right next to it, but many people were there.
That is why I chose the cafe.

It was called Morita Coffee in the past.
The Dailies Group which managing interior and cafe business and the Morisuke which managing cakes business have corporated and managed the cafe.

I ordered a cup of coffee named “Arabica Kamiyama.”
It was really tasty, and the inside of the cafe was really stylish because of managing head companies.

The Mitaka Industrial Plaza is facilities whcich has been managed by Machizukuri Mitaka that is a comany based on the Central City Invigoration Law.
As the name shows, it has high publicities.
Foods in like this facilities are usually not good.
However, these cafe in its facilities serve really great foods because people stay in this facilities long time, so people might think positive things.

I actually interested in why and how this facilities exist rather than cafes.
