セミナー本番までの時間、カフェでパンケーキでも食べながら仕事してやろう。
雰囲気よさそうだったので入りましたが、MJ(Michael Jackson)のファンではないボクとしては到着するまでカフェの名前の意味にまったく反応できませんでした（笑

梅雨初めの那覇のカフェ。
ボク以外だれもいない店内では、平日午前9時過ぎの爽やかな風がすり抜け、都会のショービジネスとは無縁ののどかな朝の風景が展開されている中、グッズ販売のライセンスを受けたのはここが日本第一号なのだとかなんだとか、熱心に店員さんは説明してくださったのですが、ボクにはまったく右耳から入って左耳に抜けるお話でございました。。。
もちろん朝9時からも店内にはMJのPVが流れMJファンにはステキなカフェなのだと思います。

さて。モーニングセットのパンケーキ。
なんでも生地は沖縄製粉さんと共同で特製ブレンドした小麦粉を使っているのだとか。
すこしもっちりしたタイプのパンケーキでしたが、美味しかったですv
そして、「MJ cafe」の焼印もかわいい。

それよりも感動したのはパンケーキについてきた「ゆし豆腐」
汲み上げ豆腐のスープといえばいいかなと思いますが、これが超絶うまい。
沖縄ではポピュラーな料理なんですってね。
「ゆし豆腐」覚えました。ありがとうございます。

Before a seminar, I was trying to work with pancakes.
I didn’t notice that name of the cafe because I’m not big fan of MJ.

The cafe in the beginning of the rany season, NAHA.
Nobody was there without me in the cafe, and wind come through at 9am weekdays.
It was totaly different from busy city, and showed me calm and chill life.
I heard that they got the first lisence of MJ in Japan.
The staff told me a lot, but I don’t remember anything…
Of course, for MJ fans, you guys had better visit there.

Well, I had morning plate which was pancakes.
They use special brend flour of Okinawa.
It was a little chewy, but I liked it.
And I like brand-iron. It says “MJ cafe”

I was really touched because they served “Yushi Tofu”
It’s like Tofu-soup, and so tasty.
In Okinawa, “Yushi-Tofu” is really populer.
I won’t forget it, thanks.
