#185 白金茶房 (Fukuoka)

誰かが「麗しのパンケーキ」と表現していたけども。
まったくもって麗しのパンケーキでした。
シンプルで控えめなのに率直で主張がある。
もはや食べる哲学です。

ボクはこういうパンケーキが好きだな。
生クリームとかそういうのいらないです。
分厚い銅のフライパンか鉄板で焼くとこういう感じになるんだろうか。
写真のシロップは、コーヒーメープルシロップとハチミツレモンです。
朝8時からの営業。福岡の朝にこのパンケーキに出会えたのはとてもよかったです。

経営はIMD Alliance 株式会社という会社さんです。
都市計画、地域開発、ホテル・レストランの開発をやっている会社のようで、白金茶房以外にも、白金酒店という会員制ワイン割烹があったり、箱根の翆松園の開発にも関わっているようですね。

店舗は中村キュウジさんという建築家に寄るものだそうで、IMD Allianceさんの店舗全般を担当しているようなことを店員さんが言っていました。
名のある方なのかどうかは分からないけど、とてもステキな設計です。。。

そして最後に。店員さんが気さくな方でとても好印象でしたv

Someone called “Beautiful Pancakes.”
It was exactly beautiful pancakes, and It was simple, obedient, but adbocating.
It was obiously philosophy of food.

I like this kind of pancakes.
No need to put whip cream on it.
I was wondering if I make pancakes by using a pan made of copper, the pancakes would be like this.
On the picture, there is coffee flavor and honey lemmon flavor syrup.
They open from 8:00am. It was very lucky that I could have that pancakes when I was in Fukuoka.

The owner of the cafe is IMD Alliance Ltd.
They do urban planning, community development, hotel and restaurant development.
They are also running Shirogane saketen which is members only, development Hakone Suishoen.

The building was designed by Kyuji Nakamura who is an architect.
He works for all of IMD Alliance building.
I don’t know who he is, but the building is so cool.

Finally, I like the staffs. They treated me like friends.
If I visit Fukuoka again, I surely would go there.
