西新の昔ながらの喫茶店です。
マスターもシニア夫婦。来るお客さんも年配の方々。
休日の朝。地元のお客さんがちゃんと通ってくれている喫茶店。
生活リズムに組み込まれたようなそういうのってステキです。

チーズトーストを頼んでみたのですが。。。
これがまた、パンが異常においしいと思いましたよ。パンが。
ソフトフランスパンを使っていると言っていたのですが、焼き上がりの外側のサクサク感と中のふんわり感がとても普通のパンに思えないような出来栄え。
技の問題なのかなぁ。。。（笑

It is a traditional Kissaten in Nishishin.
The owners of the cafe are elder. The customers are elder people as well.
In weekend morning, customers from local area visit there.
It lives in our life cycle, and it is really beautiful.

I ordered cheese toast…
Bred was so tasty. The BRED was so tasty!
The owner said that they serve soft french bred, but I feel like it’s not reguler bred.
Is it owner’s skill?…lol
