京都祇園。八坂神社前。
2013年の夏。暑くて死にそうなのに、スタバとかのチェーン店には入りたくなくて、チェーン店じゃないカフェはないんかい！とイラついておりますとありました。

カトレヤ。なんかレトロな雰囲気のする店構え。よさそうです。

黒光りする天井と、床に反射する外光。
窓際のアールヌーボー風のランプと紫煙。
オープン60年を超える時間。

好きです。こういうの。
古珈琲（いにしえこーひー）なんてのがあり、それは何か？と聞いてみたら、深煎りで苦味の強い珈琲だと。
いにしえなイメージですね。
ここのメニューは八坂神社と同じ水脈の井戸水を全メニューで使っているそうです。

It is KATOREYA.
Appearance of store to the nostalgic atmosphere,Ceiling to be shiny black,External light to be reflected on the floor,Lamp of Art Nouveau style at the window and Cigarette smoke.
More than 60 years to open.

I like it.

What is INISHIE coffee?
I asked to the staff.
She said “It is a bitter coffee roasted in depth”

…I got it.

and she said all menu use the same vein well water of the YASAKA shrine well water.
